Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the reserved time that could have been offered to another client.

No-Show Policy
​Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged a full service amount. Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments. Clients arriving more than [10–15 minutes] late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may also result in reduced service time to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, clients with contraindications, undisclosed medical conditions, inappropriate behavior, or if we feel the service requested is not in the best interest of the client. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority.
